Step 1. 

  • Position yourself very well and adjust your incline bench. 
  • Set the incline bench to be approximately 45 degrees, and grab the dumbbells with an (underhand grip)-your palms facing forward and your thumbs pointing away from your body.

  • Curl up the dumbbells at the same time until your bicep muscles are fully contracted and exhale all along.

Note 

  • Make sure your arms hang on the side of the bench. The weight should not  twist  or stray away from your hands during the curled up and down
  • Your shoulders should be close to the bench and don’t move the weight too far from your hands. Your upper arms should not move as you curl up the weight. Remember to focus and be in control of the situations throughout the exercise, hold the weight very well to prevent falling down.
