Just received it today. shipped was quick, only 3 days after placing my order. I did a lot of research prior to buying this. Didn’t want an elliptical or cubii. I wanted a true mini stepper that I could use while working from during the pandemic. But good ones are hard to find these days.
I am so happy I went with this one! this is legit exercise equipment, feels heavy and sturdy, definitely not cheap plastic. Great stepper, see the video on how to set it up, this is the 3rd stepper I have gotten. The first one was great. I lost 20 lbs in 20 days using this stepper. Then I got a 2nd one for another location I stay in wintertime. The 2nd one was packed in a plain brown box and used and missing many parts. since I owned one already, I knew it was not good and knew what to expect.
I returned it and they sent to expect a replacement one and the replacement one was new and works great. I highly recommend this compact stair stepper. Solidly made work well. for the record, I weighed 260 lbs when I purchase it.
I have since lost 25 lbs using this and plan to lose another 15 lbs. I use it about 4 times a day and each time I just use it for about 5 min or so. at first, I could only do 10 steps now a day I can easily do 1001 steps or more each time.

When it first arrived, instructions were super vague. I couldn’t get the stepper to start working until I read the question section on amazon and saw that others were having the same issue. I followed their instructions and sure enough, it started working.
The stepper was sturdy and felt legit. when I began my first workout, the stepper kept making a noise as if though the air was being pushed out. I figured it was because I, need t break it in so I ignored the air sound and kept working out. on the second week of having the stepper, it began making a really loud squeaky noise. I remember reading the manual and there was something about troubleshooting a squeaky stepper.
I checked the bolts and cleaned the stepper with a clean damp cloth like the manual said to do, but the squeaking noise was still there. to say the least, I supper disappointed with the stepper; I bought it in the hopes of it being the ultimate stepper but it doesn’t live up to the price I paid.
if the sequencing didn’t happen so soon I would have probably rated this stepper 5 stars because it makes you sweat as no other stepper has ever made me sweat before. I’ve emailed that manufacture and hope they can help me with the squeaking sound because it was really annoying. if so, will definitely be changing my review. I’ll keep you all updated.

Hands downs the best customer service I’ve ever experience! it took them less than 2 days to reply to my email. they asked for my mailing addressed and proof of purchase and without hesitation send me a new stepper joe customer service dude guaranteed me that he would personally make sure that the new unit would be in perfect conditions and sure enough, the new stepper works perfectly! no more noise whatsoever! now get to workout early in the morning without waking up my daughter!! it’s legitimately the ultimate stepper.
