Along road but very pleased with the outcome, this elliptical works great and is much loved by the members of our condo association. the first wrong in the part I could not open and inspect; sunny sent a new one, requesting me to box up the old one and mail it back to them so they could find out what went wrong.
They told me that this was the first problem they had with this machine. at first, I was upset because of the several hours of the extra time they expected me to invest in that, but they generously compensated me with $150 of in-kind fitness products to cover the extra time I spend on disassembly and reassembly. overall a good experience!

Solid piece of machine, I love how this elliptical machine is quiet and seeing built solid! it is been two weeks and all is good. My only complaint: I can’t read the oversized numbers for the heart rate recovery results. it would be nice to have a normal digital display for that. not a big deal though!
