Nice quiet machine, this elliptical machine really meets our needs. I have a 12-month baby at home. and usually, we only get our own time after she sleeps. at first, we plan to put it in the garage in order not to disturb our baby’s sleep. however, after we assembled it and figured out that it is really quiet, we decided to put it next to our sofa so that we can work out while we watch the tv shows.
if you’re like me who really concern about the noise level, I would definitely recommend this elliptical machine. FYI, it took me about 2 hours to assemble it which I don’t think is super easy to assemble but it is acceptable considering this is a large piece.

Make exercise fun when you cant get to the gym because of covid bring the gym to you!!, io was really hoping that once I got my new elliptical machine that I would be able to get assemble as I don’t have anyone to help me. The instructions were very well written with great diagrams to go along with each step. All of the screws, bolts washers, etc. were shrink-wrapped onto a piece of heavy cardboard and well labeled.
I started by unboxing it in my front hallway where my friend ups delivery driver put it for me as it weighed I believe 77 pounds. I carried up all the pieces and laid them out in my loft area where I was going to use them. after scanning the really great instructions, I dove into my project. from start to finish including unboxing and moving upstairs I had I up and working in just under 2 hours- yeoppee! be sure to have 2 AA batteries on hand for the LCD monitor.
The main pieces were marked with tiny stickers with L and R on them so you don’t accidentally put the piece on the opposite/ incorrect side of the elliptical machine.
the LCD digital monitor tracks: time, speed, distance, calories burned, pulse rate. There are pulse pads on the stationary handlebars that tell you your heart rate. there is a large tension knob in the center underneath the LCD screen that allows you to select 1 of 8 levels of resistance. There is a spot to place a cell phone under the LCD screen. There are rollers on the bottom front bar that allow you to tip your elliptical forward and roll the machine to another, location, etc.
I am ashamed to admit, but I could only do 4 to 5 minutes at first. I started by adding 1 minute to each daily workout and I am now up 10 minutes. I love having a TV in front of it so I can watch TV while gliding on my super cool elliptical machine.
My legs can best knees but using the elliptical has not made them hurt at all I feel this elliptical machine is a value for all that it has to offer.
