It arrived quickly and took less than an hour for my boyfriend and me to assemble it. initially, it was very noisy and shaky, however, after some tightening, I couldn’t be happier. I am 5′ 11 and very overweight and this works perfectly for me. it is not as smooth as an elliptical you would use at the gym but it works great as an inexpensive machine.

I am 5′ 1 and on a diet/exercise routine to lose about 25 lbs. I got this machine to replace my 10 years old orbitrek. in the past two months, have gotten on this machine almost daily as part of my new diet plan even for just 10-20 mins in a day and I have already lost almost 20 lbs in the two months. I know a lot of that was due to my dieting, but exercise plays a huge role in the whole weight-loss routine.
stay determined and remind yourself that the calories will not burn themselves! I love the screen and that it accurately keeps track of speed, time, and calories burned. My only complaint is that it does not hold water bottles or have top support for holding tables in case you wanted to watch exercise videos while working out.
However, it will hold my iPhone, but it blocks the screen of the machine. overall, I’m very grateful to have this machine in my life.

You get exactly what you pay for, I have used this chain about 3 times per week since purchased it. It squeaked so bad that I took the plastic guard off and then disassembled, greased it with molle grease, and reassembled all 6 pivot points. I did not torque the bolts, only gently snugged them. the machine is quieter and smoother than ever. stay on it longer and have increased the intensity. wish I would have greased from the start and left the plastic guards off. this thing is a keeper!
The other reviews are pretty much right. you get what you pay for. this is an inexpensive machine. don’t expect it to be as nice as the big expensive machines at the gym. it wobbles when I’m on it. I couldn’t watch music videos on my phone because the thing is too wobbly. the screen is hard to see. it is pretty quiet. if you over tighten the black plastic cover that covers the links at the middle and bottom of the handles, they will squeak. don’t over-tighten the other bolts eighter. the rule of tights tight, too tights applies.
That alls said I am getting really good work out on this thing. I’ll keep it and unit into the dirt then buy a nicer one next time.
The product description says DROSHIP. which is very accurate. Marcy hired some laundry detergent-eating people to package this. the packaging was horrible; I was very lucky that there were no parts missing as the box had holes all over it. the hardware bag was broken and part all over inside.
